Welcome to Cypher Terminal ("we", "us", "Cypher"), a trading utility operated by Jeda ("the Provider"). By accessing or using the web app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What Cypher Terminal does
Cypher Terminal is a web-based risk management and position-sizing calculator designed for cryptocurrency traders. It calculates position size, leverage, stop-loss risk, and equity percentages based on user inputs. Cypher Terminal is an informational execution tool — you are solely responsible for your trading decisions, entries, and risk management.
2. Your account & usage
You must be 18 or older (or have parent/guardian permission) to use Cypher Terminal. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and any inputs or data entered into the terminal.
3. Intellectual property
All code, designs, branding, logos, and features within Cypher Terminal are owned by Jeda. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal trading calculations.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Cypher Terminal to:
- Break the law or facilitate illicit financial activities.
- Attack, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to bypass the application or its hosting limits.
- Scrape or automatedly extract data or UI components without permission.
- Misrepresent or rebrand Cypher Terminal as your own service.
5. Financial & trading disclaimer
Cypher Terminal provides mathematical calculations based purely on user inputs. It does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Crypto markets carry high risk, and past performance or calculated metrics do not guarantee future results. Always double-check your position math before placing trades on an exchange.
6. Payments & subscriptions
If optional paid features, tiers, or subscriptions are offered in the future, prices will be clearly displayed before purchase. Terms for billing cycles, cancellations, or refunds will be provided at the point of payment.
7. Service availability
We work hard to keep Cypher Terminal running smoothly, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Jeda and Cypher Terminal are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or market damages arising from your use of the service.
9. Termination
You can stop using the service at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms or poses a risk to the platform.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continuing to use Cypher Terminal after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
